The short version
This site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no ads and no tracking across other sites. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you. If you email us or apply for a job, we use what you send only for that.
What we do not do
- We do not set cookies.
- We do not run advertising tags or tracking pixels, and we do not follow you across other websites.
- We do not load fonts or images from third parties. Everything the page needs is served with the site.
- We do not sell or rent personal data.
Visitor counts
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It records things like the page visited, the website that sent you, your browser, your device type and your country. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not build a profile of you. Cloudflare provides it under its own privacy policy.
Your White or Night choice
If you use the switch to pick White or Night mode, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage on your device. It is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
When you email us
If you write to hello@studentertainments.com, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, email address and message. We use it only to reply to you and keep it only as long as we need to for that. Ask us and we will delete it. Your email is handled by our email provider under its own privacy policy.
When you ask for an early invite
If you ask for an early invite to Cinergia, we receive the details you send, such as your name, role, city and a link to your work. We use them only to choose early testers, invite you and ask for your feedback. Ask us and we will delete them.
When you apply for a job
If you apply through our careers page, we receive your email, CV, portfolio and anything else you send. We use it only to assess your application and contact you about it.
- We use AI tools to help review applications. By sending your application, you accept that it will be reviewed this way.
- Only the people involved in hiring at STUD see your application.
- If you are not selected, we delete your application within 6 months, or sooner if you ask.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, run by Cloudflare, Inc. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare may process standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We do not use these details to identify you.
Our other products
Cinergia and other STUD products and events have their own privacy policies. This policy only covers this website and job applications.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly receive information from them.
Your rights
Under the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to us and we will help.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
